I am the People Coordinator at Debenhams Ottaway, providing administrative support across HR and recruitment.

My approach is centred around being proactive, detail oriented, organised and people focused. I strive to provide the best experience to employees requiring our support.

Expertise

I manage the day-to day HR processes and administrative tasks, and I am the first point of contact the employees for people-related needs. I also support our Head of People with projects to improve and develop the support we offer to the Debenhams Ottaway team.

My expertise spans the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

I attended Staffordshire University studying Business Management and currently working towards obtaining my CIPD Level 5. Before joining Debenhams Ottaway, I gained five years of HR experience and a further three years working as a senior recruitment consultant for the UK’s leading recruitment organisation.
