Robyn is a senior lawyer in the litigation and dispute resolution team.
Robyn joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2016 as a trainee solicitor from a large regional law firm, qualifying into our litigation and dispute resolution team in 2018. Robyn deals with a wide variety of general commercial disputes as well as having experience in specialist insolvency litigation and property litigation.
Expertise
Robyn’s experience includes advising clients and running litigation to trial as well as working with senior lawyers in the team on high-value, highly complex litigation. Robyn also has experience of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitrations and informal negotiations.

Robyn is a member of TMA (Turnaround Management Association), and sits on the committee of TMA NOW, the Network of Women branch of the TMA. Robyn is also a member of the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division, IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation), the IP Society (Intellectual Property Society), and the JLSLA (Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association), and is this firm’s Junior LSLA Champion.
