Robyn is a senior lawyer in the litigation and dispute resolution team.

Robyn joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2016 as a trainee solicitor from a large regional law firm, qualifying into our litigation and dispute resolution team in 2018. Robyn deals with a wide variety of general commercial disputes as well as having experience in specialist insolvency litigation and property litigation. I am recognised in Chambers UK and The Legal 500 as a ‘leading associate’ for commercial litigation.

Robyn’s experience includes advising clients and running litigation to trial as well as working with senior lawyers in the team on high-value, highly complex litigation. Robyn also has experience of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitrations and informal negotiations.
