I joined the Court of Protection Team at Debenhams Ottaway as a Senior Associate in September 2023 and have already developed excellent relationships with clients.
I have in depth knowledge and experience regarding Court of Protection, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Social Care issues; which I built through my experience of being Senior Lawyer at Hertfordshire County Council within the Adult, Children and Education Legal team before becoming the Deputy Head of a Court of Protection Team at a London law firm.
At Debenhams Ottaway, I advise on all Court of Protection matters and applications, and Social Care including Continuing Health Care, Local Authority funding and Safeguarding issues.
I have a passion for advising and representing individuals and family members. I am a keen, pragmatic and analytical person who has a particular strength in building and fostering positive working relationships with clients.
