I am a Commercial Property Solicitor.
I always try and understand the client’s needs and end goal from the outset of the transaction. This helps to provide tailored, pragmatic and commercially sound advice from the beginning. During the course of the transaction, I aim to be proactive and keep the client updated whilst working towards achieving the best outcome possible.
Expertise
I have experience in dealing with general commercial property matters which include, leases of high street units / warehouses (acting for landlord and tenant), sales and acquisitions of commercial, residential and mixed-use property including some experience in auctions sales and purchases. I also have development experience which includes site set ups and dealing with infrastructure agreements (S104 Agreement, S278 / S38 Agreements, easements etc). I have extensive experience in dealing with non-contentious transactions such as surrenders, deeds of variation, licences, rent deposit deeds and deeds of easement.
I graduated in Law from the SOAS (University of London) in 2009 and completed my LPC a year later. I then joined a large regional law firm and qualified in 2017. I worked in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire before joining Debenhams Ottaway in February 2024.
