Harry joined Debenhams Ottaway as facilities manager in November 2019.
As facilities manager, Harry oversees the efficient and effective delivery of the facilities services to the business. Harry ensures our buildings are clean, compliant and maintained to our high standards.
Harry works closely with the managing partner and other practice support leaders to ensure the smooth running of the St Albans, Radlett and London offices. Harry is responsible for the operations of the facilities, building maintenance and services procurement.
Prior to joining Debenhams Ottaway, Harry worked in facilities roles in the education and entertainment industries, focusing on customer service and health and safety.
Harry is a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management and holds a qualification with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. He attends regular networking events to keep in touch with others in the industry. Harry also attends LawNet conferences to keep up to date with what’s going on within facilities, and to develop his knowledge.
