I am a senior lawyer working in the commercial property team.
The client is always at the heart of what I do. I aim to bring my experience in all areas of commercial property to achieve the best result for the client, working to find solutions that work for all parties to bring deals to a close quickly and pragmatically.
Expertise
I have worked as a solicitor specialising in commercial property for over 25 years. I have extensive experience of buying and selling commercial property, including retail, offices and industrial premises, both individually and as part of a portfolio. I also have comprehensive experience in all non-contentious landlord and tenant matters including agreements for leases, licences, rent deposit deeds, surrenders, deeds of variation and turnover rent deeds.
I graduated from Reading University with a BSc in Land Management in 1993 and then spent 2 years at Chester College of Law. I trained with Berwin Leighton in London and qualified in 1997. I have worked in London since 1997 and have spent the past 20 years at an international law firm, specialising in non-contentious commercial property work. I joined Debenhams Ottaway in September 2023.
