Rebecca is an experienced lawyer in our corporate and commercial team. She has many years of experience dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters across a variety of sectors.

Rebecca trained and worked in the City for many years, advising clients ranging from investment trusts, corporate finance houses, listed public companies and investors, to private limited companies, family businesses and start up enterprises.

Expertise

Rebecca has experience advising on corporate M&A, working with clients on their acquisitions, disposals, shareholders agreements, bespoke articles of association, share buy-back schemes and all constitutional documentation.

Rebecca has advised clients on a variety of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, supply of goods and services agreements, distribution agreements, joint ventures and design and construction management agreements.

Rebecca has experience advising on high value corporate finance transactions, including investments by institutional investors.

Rebecca studied history at the University of Exeter, before completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.

She joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2021.

Rebecca is a member of the Law Society. She is a fitness enthusiast, loves good food and wine and spending time with her husband and three children.
