I am an experienced property disputes solicitor with over 20 years’ experience. I advise on the full range of contentious real estate issues, from breach of covenant disputes to Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act claims.

I provide strategic advice to help clients avoid or resolve disputes, and I also act for them in litigation when needed. I am a keen advocate of mediation within litigation where I assist by unlocking creative solutions always with the primary objective of protecting my client’s proprietary interests.

I regularly act for both landlords and tenants as it ensures that I am always alive to the concerns that affect both sides and that means my advice is comprehensive and pragmatic.
