I am a talent business partner working within our human resources team. My role is to attract, nurture and develop our people and help them reach their full potential.
My focus is to develop a people strategy which aligns with our organisational goals and supports our aspirations. This includes working with the leadership team to develop our culture and values, and create an environment which attracts the best talent, and where everyone feels empowered to thrive.
I am a chartered member of the CIPD.
My approach is human, but strategic. I am skilled at keeping people on the agenda and finding solutions for both the organisation’s individual and group people challenges. Building trust, rapport and open communication are some of the approaches I use regularly to look after our people. It’s important in this role to be emotionally intelligent and professional.
With over 13 years’ experience of working within human resources in different sectors, I am yet to find a problem which hasn’t been solved with the right people.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Business with Human Resource Management and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
I take part in training events, networking and CIPD discussions to keep up to date with the changes within the HR industry.
