From 1 November 2023, Debenhams Ottaway has promoted four lawyers which reinforces its commitment to develop talent within the firm and invest in its people. This follows the promotions of three senior lawyers who were welcomed to the partnership earlier in the year.
Stuart Harries works in the residential property team and is promoted to a senior associate. Stuart has many years of experience in the residential legal sector and has built a dynamic and diverse client base of high-net-worth individuals and SME businesses. He recently celebrated his 10-year work anniversary and is frequently praised for his client care skills and professional service.
Theo Knibb is promoted to associate in the award-winning Wills, trusts and probate team. He started his career in Debenhams Ottaway as a legal assistant before successfully progressing to a trainee contract and qualifying in 2019. His hard work, dedication and commitment to his clients has earnt him an excellent reputation.
Jessica Moseley advises and assists with all aspects of Wills and Lasting Powers and advises on Court of Protection applications. She is also promoted to an associate after joining Debenhams Ottaway in 2018. She has proved to be a valued member of the Wills, trusts and probate team and is a highly popular lawyer with her clients, praised for her excellent communication skills.
Elton Morina is promoted to associate in the commercial property team which has been recognised once again as leading band 1 team in Chambers UK 2024. Elton has made a strong impression since he joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2022 and prides himself on offering practical and pragmatic advice to his clients.
