Corporate lawyer Rebecca Lorne has recently joined Debenhams Ottaway’s corporate and commercial team. With many years’ experience in the City, advising clients on corporate finance deals as well as commercial contracts, Rebecca adds both strength and depth.
Rebecca joins an ambitious corporate team with a strong reputation in St Albans and across Hertfordshire for working with medium-sized businesses, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs on complex, high value transactional work. Her background and experience are a great fit for the team and will be key for their ambitious growth plans and continuing their dedication to providing outstanding client service.
Rebecca will work with the existing team to advise businesses on their acquisitions, disposals, shareholders agreements, bespoke articles of association and share buy-back schemes.
