Alexandra joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2010 and is the HR Business Partner. She works closely with our partners in all areas of HR and people management.

Alexandra supports and advises our partners and staff in areas such as recruitment, engagement, learning and development, employee relations, performance and talent management.
Prior to joining Debenhams Ottaway, Alexandra graduated from the University of Middlesex with a degree in Human Resource Management and worked in the public sector in HR and recruitment.

Alexandra is a member of the HR in Law and a student CIPD member. Alex is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
