Following our recent recognition as finalists at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2025, Debenhams Ottaway’s Court of Protection team is proud to host two expert-led events designed to demystify the deputyship application process.
Understanding deputyship workshop
📅 Tuesday 4 November
📍 Hosted online in partnership with Carers in Hertfordshire and Hertfordshire County Council
This practical session is aimed at unpaid carers supporting loved ones who may lack capacity. Our Court of Protection specialists will walk through the deputyship application process and there will be insights from Hertfordshire County Council’s Adult Care Services where they will explain their policy on involvement in the process.
Why attend? Gain clarity on a complex legal process and hear directly from experts who regularly guide families through it.
