Debenhams Ottaway is delighted to announce that Susan Glenholme has been appointed as Managing Partner with effect from 1 May 2018.
Susan joined Debenhams Ottaway in 1998 as a paralegal and on qualification joined the firm’s award-winning Private Client team, becoming a Partner in 2005.
Susan will succeed the firm’s CEO, Paul Khan who leaves to return to his home in Australia and Executive Partner, Louise Attrup who steps down from her role at the end of her second term. Louise will continue to head the Employment team at the firm.
Louise Attrup commented “In advance of Paul’s planned return to Australia, he has been working with the firm’s leadership team during the last 3 years towards a management restructure to enable the partners to have a more active role in the day to day management and strategic planning of the firm. We are all delighted with Susan’s appointment, and I know that she will do a fantastic job of building on the confidence and strong platform that has been created.”
Susan Glenholme says “Having been with Debenhams Ottaway for nearly 20 years, I am honoured to be chosen by my partners to lead the firm on their behalf. I am fortunate to have a great team supporting me and I am looking forward to working with them to build on our success”.
