I joined Debenhams Ottaway in July 2023, currently working as the Data Quality (CRM) Administrator in the Practise Support Group in St Albans.

At Debenhams Ottaway, the client and our people are always at the heart of what we do. My role plays a vital part in ensuring that the data we rely on from our practice management system is accurate and of high quality.


I am responsible for developing formal processes and definitions of contact and data management to ensure the consistent use of data.

Prior to joining Debenhams Ottaway, I worked in project and business support within the computer software and banking industries.

I hold a diploma in Information Technology and Business Studies.
