I’m the Facilities Supervisor for Debenhams Ottaway. I oversee and work alongside my team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. My responsibilities include managing the cleaning contracts for the building, undertaking inspections of our probate properties, organising and overseeing maintenance for the building, establishing relationships and contracts with new suppliers to push forward our goals of becoming an eco friendly organisation.
Expertise
I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014 with a BA (Hons) First degree in Film and TV production, where I learnt business skills from being a researcher / producer. Having tried a few different career paths, I found I had an aptitude for organisation and I use these skills in my current role for successful project management and helping to support the client experience.

I recently completed the Level 2 IWFM qualification in Facilities Services Principles. I undertook the course to further my knowledge of the facilities field and ensure I can provide the best possible service for our clients.
