We drafted and finalised a multinational introduction agreement required to finance a substantial oil investment worth $60m. We worked with the introducer who had established contact with a buyer wishing to procure the financial services from a funder to assist in the purchase of Russian jet fuel. The funder wished to be introduced to the buyer and pay the introducer a commission for this introduction.
Time was of the essence to ensure the client’s position was protected and we drafted documents required within the tight timescale.
