We helped two siblings who were appointed executors in their mother’s Will. Following a family dispute another sibling refused to act as executor. She moved into the mother’s property, refused to leave and began selling contents. We advised the two other siblings and we applied to the Court for Probate confirming our clients appointment as executors and ensured the estate was administered in accordance with the Will.
