We helped the widow of a deceased partner in a telecommunications partnership dispute where there was no written partnership agreement. As demands were being made for the estate to settle alleged liabilities owing to the partnership, we had to guide the widow on how the partnership’s assets needed to be divided. After extensive negotiations using alternative dispute resolution methods, we resolved this matter in the widow’s favour and avoided expensive court costs.
