We helped a father in his applications for an order to spend time with his children. The mother would not agree to contact between the children and their father until he resumed child maintenance payments. The mother refused the sum the father suggested so we applied for a child arrangements order.

At a contested hearing the court granted an order in favour of the father to enable him to see the children on a six weekly basis with the amount of time increasing at each visit. The mother co-operated with this and even allowed additional contact to take place over an above that ordered by the court, including time during holidays.
