We worked with a national recruitment agency in drafting two substantial recruitment supply agreement documents to govern the arrangement with their client.
We drafted a complicated exclusive master vendor agreement and second tier supply agreement to govern all of their recruitment in this highly regulated area. The drafting incorporated extensive service level arrangements required by the client’s customer and passed on all liabilities where appropriate to the client’s second tier suppliers.
Tree planting in the UK
