We helped a couple to adopt the wife’s nephew from Bangladesh. They were granted legal guardianship of the child in Bangladesh as no adoption orders were possible and advised them on the requirements to adopt the child in the UK.
Complex regulations in Bangladesh required a certificate to be issued to allow the child to enter the UK and to live permanently with the couple before applying for adoption of the child in the UK.
Tree planting in the UK
