With a continued focus on developing people and meeting the needs of clients, Debenhams Ottaway has promoted three more next generation lawyers, two of which joined the firm through it’s successful training programme.
- Kat McDonagh specialises in commercial and residential property and works closely with partner Ruth Boulton on notable property transactions in Hertfordshire and across the UK. She started her career with Debenhams Ottaway as a trainee and is promoted to senior associate.
- Robyn Adams, another lawyer who trained with the firm, is a litigator who helps businesses in dispute. Her priority is for her clients to reach a settlement and she often uses alternative dispute resolution to avoid risk and publicity from litigation. Robyn is promoted to senior associate.
- Annabel Andreou, a relatively new recruit to the family law and divorce team, is promoted to associate. She has been instrumental in helping the team strengthen its reputation for honesty and integrity and doing the very best for clients through its approach of communication, collaboration and resolution.
Managing partner Susan Glenholme said “I’m very proud of the lawyers who have recently been promoted. They have shown outstanding technical expertise as well as a dedication to looking after our clients, always going the extra mile for them. For me, they are the future of Debenhams Ottaway and I am committed to continuing to develop and promote all our future talent.”
