On Saturday 26 January 2019, Louise Attrup and Michael Kerrigan, employment specialist lawyers from Debenhams Ottaway Solicitors, will once again be teaming up with CIPD Hertfordshire branch to present at the annual employment law update at Beales Hotel in Hatfield.
The annual event is open to all, but attended mainly by HR professionals and business owners, providing them with a review of employment law changes in 2018 and what we can expect to see in 2019.
The update will focus on a range of topics, including, subject access requests under the GDPR rules, case law developments in whistleblowing, taxation of post-employment notice pay, non-disclosure agreements and employment status.
This half-day session starts at 9.30am and finishes at approximately 1.00pm. The update is interactive and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout. Don’t miss your chance to be updated on relevant employment matters. You do not need to be a member of CIPD to attend and to register for the event, please click here.
