The Hertfordshire-based multi-service law firm Debenhams Ottaway has announced that, as of 1 September, it is expanding to a new central London space, to complement its current offices in St Albans and Radlett.
The new London office space is at City Point on Ropemaker Street in the heart of the City of London, an imaginative venue offering flexible workspace across several storeys.
Debenhams Ottaway’s award-winning reputation for excellence and outstanding client care is attracting an ever growing client base, many of whom are located in London. Having a London space will mean Debenhams Ottaway will be closer to the City’s thriving business and legal community and can continue to offer flexibility to its clients.
Managing Partner, Susan Glenholme says: “This is an exciting time for the firm and the next step in our expansion. We’re delighted we can now offer this fantastically located London base to our clients and contacts to give them a greater choice of venues for meetings to suit their needs. We look forward to growing with our existing clients and also welcoming new ones to our new home. With our new cloud-based IT system we are also pleased to be able to offer our staff more flexibility to work remotely from any of our locations so that they can continue to put clients’ needs at the heart of everything they do”.
Located just a short stroll from the Bank of England, City Point enjoys superb public transport links and is close to both Liverpool Street and Moorgate overground and tube stations. The Barbican, Old Street and Spitalfields are all within striking distance. It’s a vibrant part of London, with many shops, bars, restaurants and cafés just a stone’s throw away.
