We were delighted to confirm our third FIRE event of the year took place in September 2018 at Dukes Hotel, London.
We heard from three intellectual property experts:
- Aylin Dzhafer, Senior Manager of IP Valuation in Corporate Recovery and Restructuring, Metis Partners, who talked about how to realise value for insolvent estates and distressed investments through intellectual property.
- Nicola Baker-Munton, CEO of Stratagem IPM Ltd talked about the management of IP portfolios in insolvency situations.
- Rosie Patterson, Senior Lawyer, Debenhams Ottaway talked about the impact of inadequate IP valuations in insolvency disputes.
