Lorna Bowler, the young cyclist we are sponsoring through the SportsAid programme, has been juggling her training and competing with school exams. She recently qualified for the National Track Omnium Final after taking 2nd, 3rd then 4th place in the qualifying rounds. As she was one of the top five riders in her age group, she will be joining 24 other riders from all age groups to race the Cardiff track on 3 July 2016.
On Thursday (2 June 2016) Lorna will be racing in Stoke on Trent for the Pearl Izumi Tour Series which will be broadcast on ITV4 and we’ll be cheering her on.
Lorna was also able to buy a new bike frame with some help from our sponsorship.
