Debenhams Ottaway had a great end to 2015 and the New Year is looking equally as promising. With the private wealth team winning the Law Society’s Excellence in Private Client Practice award, the litigation team winning a place on the panel of a large pharmaceutical company and the firm’s chosen charity, the St Albans Museums and Gallery project succeeding in its bid for a £2.5m grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund, it was always going to be a hard act to follow.
Nevertheless 2016 has got off to a good start with a number of new client wins in the charities and recruitment sector. The firm is preparing for the implementation of its new state of the art, award winning practice management system and the launch of a new website, both of which will bring significant benefits to clients. Peppermint, the practice management system, will allow the lawyers to provide even better levels of service with more efficient systems in the background. The website has a huge amount of information to help clients understand the key issues in their business and personal lives and how the team at Debenhams Ottaway can help them.
With a growing client base and busy economy, Debenhams Ottaway is launching a recruitment campaign for commercial and private client lawyers.
