The planning team at Debenhams Ottaway recently acted for local Mediterranean restaurant Bar Meze in its successful planning appeal after it was refused to extend their opening hours.
This successful outcome means the restaurant is now able to match the later opening hours of other restaurants locally, which is so important in such a competitive market.
Restaurant owners Fouad and Sarah Hassan commented “We are delighted with the result, opening our doors later will not only have a positive impact on our business but it will also contribute to the vitality of the area. I’m so grateful for the advice and assistance from the planning team at Debenhams Ottaway, particularly Bernadette Hillman”.
