Debenhams Ottaway is the latest Advanced Legal (formerly Videss) client to join the growing number of leading law firms investing in the multi award winning Peppermint Legal Service Platform. As part of an IT overhaul the firm has now signed a 10 year contract with the technology innovator Peppermint for its legal software.
Debenhams Ottaway will roll out the Peppermint Legal Service Platform across its entire law firm, encompassing 100+ staff, replacing its legacy practice and case management, accounts and document management systems with the next generation of legal software.
Ian Hopkins, Chief Executive at Debenhams Ottaway commented “Following a competitive tender process and thorough due diligence, Debenhams Ottaway chose Peppermint as our preferred legal software supplier as it represented by far the best solution to the growing needs of our business and clients. Going forward we will have access to the very best legal software available which will enable us to deliver our legal products faster and more efficiently, thereby improving client service levels even further.”
