We successfully helped a company chairman who required the immediate removal of their CEO. The terms of a settlement agreement had to be negotiated with him which included agreeing the terms of a temporary consultancy agreement.
Simultaneously, terms of an employment contract for the incoming CEO were negotiated and finalised. The negotiations were sensitive and required immediate responses.
