Youth Talk is a charity helping young people with mental health issues. As an incorporated charity, it is a company limited by guarantee registered with Companies House and separately registered as a charity with the Charity Commission.
We provide pro-bono charitable and corporate advice to its CEO on its constitution and trustee duties, as well as assistance on holding virtual meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic. Essentially, we offer the value of an outsourced company secretary to ensure compliance with corporate law.
