Sigma Imaging Ltd, a well-established multinational distributor based in Holland with a UK subsidiary, needed support with relocating their head office premises to St Albans. They were taking on new larger premises which required a complete refurb/fit-out.
We helped them with the complex lease agreement (detailing works to be undertaken by both landlord and tenant) and simultaneous surrender of the existing lease.
Tree planting in the UK
