Our client is the UK subsidiary of a global employment services company.
We helped them adapt their employment contract between their subsidiary and the employees it supplies. We also worked on the commercial agreement between the subsidiary and its clients (usually based in USA/North America) for the supply of employment services. This fell within the scope of the Conduct Regulations and Agency Worker Regulations.
We are now working with their overseas parent company via the UK subsidiary to assist with introductions to law firms across continental Europe to provide similar advice and services through our Eurojuris network membership.
