We advised a company on a business agreement for international distribution of goods. Agreement templates had been concluded by the client’s Italian parent company with an international fashion label for the manufacture and distribution in the European Economic Area of high value fashion goods.
We advised on issues with the agreements under English law and prepared re-drafts compliant with English law agreeing the changes with the Italian parent company.
