We acted for a recruitment company to get a money judgement for unpaid fees. The debt was owed by a company specialising in communication for businesses and despite numerous requests, full payment had not been received.

Upon judgment being obtained the debtor company made an application to set aside judgment on the basis that they disputed having to pay legal fees and interest. Through research it came to our attention that the debtor company had accrued further debt with a third party.

Due to the knowledge of the increasing debt and the importance of recovering the fees owed to our client we instructed High Court Enforcement immediately.

Despite the debtor company having made claims that they had insufficient funds and promises for payment falling through, full payment was obtained by the High Court Enforcement agents on their first attendance to the property.
