We helped a property developer, Acorn Brain Ltd, with a complicated option for a development site, which was approved following the grant of outline planning permission (on appeal). We also had to tie in a second option site for access to the development site.

Both the main option and second option were close to expiry before planning permission was granted, so we successfully preserved these with renewal agreements.

We are now helping the property developer with a sub-sale to a well-known house builder.
