The Counselling Foundation is a charitable company limited by guarantee that provides counselling and counselling training services across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the charity needed to quickly adapt its practices so it could deliver course content remotely. We helped them update their existing terms and conditions to cater for their new virtual training.
Tree planting in the UK
To support our environment and help achieve our sustainability goals, we will plant a tree in the UK every time we receive a client survey. Clients are the centre of everything we do, so it is a perfect way to thank them as well as listen to their feedback to keep improving.
