Debenhams Ottaway welcomes partner Stacey St Clair who has joined its leading divorce and family law team. Stacey’s experience and approach complements the team that has built a reputation for honesty, integrity and doing the very best for its clients.
The team’s reputation has helped it to attract and then develop the best talent who look after complex and high value divorce and family law cases for wealthy clients such as entrepreneurs, city professionals and celebrities based in Hertfordshire, London and beyond.
Stacey joins a strong, ambitious team that forms a key part of Debenhams Ottaway’s private wealth offering. In the last two years, both Natalie Lester and Helen Clyne have been promoted to senior associates and Annabel Andreou has recently been promoted to associate. To support the growing senior team, lawyer Nirali Adhia was recruited last year and Jenny Dodds will join the team in March after successfully completing her training contract with Debenhams Ottaway.
Stacey is an experienced and highly sought-after divorce and family lawyer who specialises in high value cases including pre and post nuptial agreements, private children work such as contact, residence, international relocation and complex welfare issues involving children. She will work with the team as they continue their focus on contested divorces involving significant assets, often with complicated business interests and challenging child arrangements with an international element.

Our people and clients are at the heart of Debenhams Ottaway’s success and Stacey joining the team reflects our continued commitment to building a team of talented lawyers to help our wealthy clients who are facing relationship breakdown or other family conflict. We are excited that she is joining the team and she will play a key role in helping to get the team, and the firm, where we want it to be.”
Stacey St Clair comments: “I am looking forward to working with a dynamic and successful team which cares about going above and beyond for their clients. It will be a pleasure to be a part of the team.”
