We were pleased to hold our third and final FIRE event of 2019, which took place in October at The Crypt in London.
FIRE is a series of networking, knowledge share events and communications for professionals in the funding, insolvency, restructuring and private equity professions.
Apart from the usual networking, we heard from two renowned speakers, Marcia Shekerdemian QC and Jack Watson of Wilberforce Chambers, who provided an insight into trends in shareholder remedies for private equity and office holders, pre and post insolvency.
