Debenhams Ottaway, the leading law firm in St Albans and Radlett is pleased to announce the promotion of Neil Mercer and Andrew Yates to senior associate.
Neil, a member of the property team joined the firm in 2007 as a trainee and is noted for his pragmatic advice on all aspects of commercial property, with a particular focus on buying, selling, occupying and development.
Andrew joined the corporate team in 2014 and is particularly experienced in acquisitions/disposals, shareholders’ agreements and governance. Andrew is highly regarded by clients in the charity sector for his advice on governance issues.
