The St Albans Business Festival is rounding off a week of events with a finale BBQ lunch at the Brickyard in St Albans on Friday 26 June sponsored by Debenhams Ottaway.
The festival which starts on Monday 22 June has been organised by St Albans District Chamber and is a great opportunity for everyone in the St Albans business community to meet up whether they are members of the Chamber or not. The Directors will be there to talk about how the organisation can help support all businesses in the area.
Louise Attrup, executive partner at Debenhams Ottaway commented, “St Albans is a real hub for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We continue to support the amazing efforts of the St Albans District Chamber of Commerce who have really made it a great business community to be part of. The finale event will be a great end to the inaugural St Albans Business Festival, hopefully the first of many.”
The lunch will also see the formal launch of the Community Business Awards 2015. The awards celebrate the broad range of business talent that is here in St Albans and the district.
Lisa Bates, executive director said, “This year there will be two new award categories, the Business Growth Award and the Community Champion Award for which the chamber are seeking a sponsor, more details about sponsorship will be available at the BBQ.”
