Steven will be talking about Brexit and the impact on the property industry in the UK. We'll be considering the policy implications and how the South East could be affected. There will be plenty of time for questions and lively debate.

Steven is Chairman of Soho Estates which controls around 60 acres of London’s Soho. He is also Chairman of London Resort Company Holdings, developers of the £3.5 billion entertainment resort project in North Kent. He is Senior Advisor to BNP Paribas Real Estate UK of which he was formerly non-executive Chairman and advises a number of private and quoted developers on major residential and commercial schemes. He is co-chair with former Labour Cabinet Minister Baroness Tessa Jowell of the Gatwick Growth Board.
