Samantha is a conveyancer in our busy residential property team based at our St Albans office. She has a wealth of knowledge having worked in residential and commercial property for over 15 years.

Samantha prides herself on establishing good relationships with clients and ensuring they feel fully informed and comfortable with the conveyancing process. She aims to take a proactive approach and conclude matters in the timescales required by her clients. Samantha endeavors to build strong connections with other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction.

Expertise

Samantha works with private individuals on sales, purchases, refinances, transfers of equity and new build purchases. Samantha works with developers on the sale of new build plots of various developments.

Samantha has a passion for and is very knowledgeable of the auction process and has vast experience in the sale and purchase of auctions properties for both commercial and residential properties.

Her commercial property experience includes sales, acquisitions and refinances as well as looking after large residential portfolios for her commercial clients. She is also well experienced in lease extensions, lease variations and licences to alter.

Samantha joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2021.
