Hannah is a solicitor in our private client team.
She advises on all aspects of Wills, tax planning, probates and the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney. She helps a variety of private individuals based locally in Hertfordshire.
Hannah advises clients who are making a Will for the first time, as well as assisting clients who wish to make changes to their current Wills as their circumstances have changed.
Her experience in the administration of estates ranges from small estates through to large complex estates. She has experience in drafting deeds of variation and assisting executors with their responsibilities.
Hannah also has experience of preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney.
Hannah studied Law at the University of Surrey and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. Hannah joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2014 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2016. Before joining the firm Hannah worked as a legal administrator at another Hertfordshire based firm.
