Dan joined the firm in 2017 and is currently a trainee lawyer in the dispute resolution team.
Expertise
Dan assists clients on a wide range of disputes and has experience in a variety of cases including contentious insolvencies, landlord and tenant disputes and professional negligence claims. He has experience running litigation from pre-action stages to trial in both the County Court and High Court on behalf of businesses and individuals.
Prior to commencing his training contract, Dan was a legal assistant where he dealt with an array of commercial disputes.
Dan studied Law at the University of Liverpool before completing his LPC and LLM Masters in Legal Practice at the University of Hertfordshire.
