Dan is a lawyer in our dispute resolution team.
Dan joined Debenhams Ottaway in 2017 as a legal assistant in the dispute resolution team where he dealt with an array of commercial disputes within the team.
He started his position as trainee lawyer in September 2020 and qualified in March 2022.
Expertise
Dan has experience in assisting clients on a wide range of disputes and has experience in a variety of cases including contentious insolvencies, landlord and tenant disputes and professional negligence claims. He has experience running litigation from pre-action stages to trial in both the County Court and High Court on behalf of businesses and individuals.
Dan studied Law at the University of Liverpool before completing his LPC and LLM Masters in Legal Practice at the University of Hertfordshire.
