As Marketing Executive at Debenhams Ottaway Cleo supports all practice areas to help improve the firm’s ongoing marketing initiatives.

Cleo assists with the management and interaction of the firm’s social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, along with website updates and content for the latest articles on Debenhams Ottaway’s latest news.


Cleo particularly enjoys organising our client events and seminars, creative design and ensuring all brand guidelines are met both externally and internally. Cleo is the main point of contact for all marketing and internal comms enquiries and works closely with the internal CSR committee, director of client services, Julia Taylor, managing partner, Susan Glenholme and key external contacts in the St Albans area.

Cleo graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2012 with a BA Hons in English Language and Linguistics. She joined Debenhams Ottaway as a marketing assistant in 2016 and was promoted to marketing executive in 2018. Previous to her role at Debenhams Ottaway, Cleo worked for an events company in London, where she assisted in organising large events that took place at ExCel and Olympia London.
