Debenhams Ottaway represent a female client who sustained injuries when she was walking across the car park leaving a restaurant.

Our client was injured by a protruding cellar door handle such that she fell onto her left elbow. The client sustained a significant comminuted fracture of her left distal humerus.  Unfortunately, due to healing complications, she had to undergo a revision operation.  The defendant has made an admission of primary liability.
