We helped a talented female university student who was a front seat passenger in a vehicle which was involved in a head on collision.

The vehicle damage was so extensive that emergency services attending the accident scene needed to use specialist cutting equipment to free the client from the wreckage.

She sustained head, shoulder, abdominal and psychological injuries. Fortunately she made a better than expected recovery from her injuries. We arranged appropriate rehabilitation as well as cognitive behaviour therapy and she has returned to full time work.

We negotiated settlement with the defendant’s insurers who agreed to accept a Part 36 offer made pre issue in the sum of £36,000 which the client received in full.
