Luke set up the Litigation, Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team at Debenhams Ottaway. His practice includes shareholder and boardroom disputes as well as contentious aspects of corporate insolvency and banking. With clients ranging from SME’s to large multinational corporates. He has particular interest in the technology, recruitment and financial services sectors.
Luke is the Vice Chairman of the National Commercial Litigation Association and the founded the Insolvency and Restructuring Network. Its focus is on galvanising the insolvency & restructuring community in northern home counties and north London with using thought leadership and networking events provide valuable CPD. Speakers have included leading IPs, QCs and Chief Registrar Baister.
